Our company began operations in 1988 as Garrison Industries, a privately held custom chemical and toll manufacturer. In 1994, the company changed its strategic direction and focused on production of proprietary substituted benzophenones and diphenylacrylates for the UV stabilizer market. Within three years the company developed its line of MAXGARD® UV stabilizers (substituted benzophenones and diphenylacrylates) using proprietary technology.
